Talked to Debbie in billing who has been helpful as far as I know with getting billing resubmitted to insurance, which was denied, since receptionist would not take the billing information I needed to give to the staff. The experience was ok; I think routine tests could be completed ahead of time to eliminate the long wait for the appointment to go over the results--more than two months. The summary of the appointment was not accurate.

I would suggest that the lab work and screenings be ordered and completed prior to the visit eliminating the need for the follow up visit, making a better use of the doctor’s time.

The best doctor patient experience I found having gone through 3 unconcerned doctors before finding Dr. Petite and his entire staff! Everyone is so caring and fast acting. We speak highly of this office to everyone we have reason to speak about health care.

Overall I feel that Dr Palnati does a great job. But last year we/I had several isssues i was dealing with. We asked all of the different doctors we were delaing with at the time and asked if my medication could be the issue for me and everyone said no.... The issue eded up being my medication. I recently chose Dr. Johnson as my primary physician due to the fact that my previous doctor retired. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Johnson to care for me. I had been using another HMO provider clinic recommended by my insurance agent & in network with my Medicare Advantage policy. I wasn't happy with the turnover of MDs & staff. I switched to the Maxwell Group and asked for Dr Narayanan after reading his biography. I have been very pleased with that decision. Dr. Casiano kept me waiting for her for over 20 minutes. I had to open the exam room door and ask if I had been forgotten. Had a physical. She checked all the usual body functions professionally. She talked about some irrelevant things then set me up for a CBC and return appointment in 3 months. I'll give her another chance and then reevaluate.

Listens and is very personable. She agrees with my own beliefs that diet, exercise, healthy exposure to sunshine, practicing a healthy mindset all make difference in health. In which case Dr. Casiano will prescribe the correct prescription medications and if needed can also refer her patients to the correct specialist.

Dr. Medina, although knowledgeable, could not wait to move on to the next patient when we go to see her. She would not stay in the room and discuss how I was doing, she left and had her assistant come back. It made us feel that she didn't care about my health at all. All of this after a hospital stay for mental health issues. Very sad.
