ANNUAL WELLNESS VISIT-- TOOK THE TIME TO COVER AND REVIEW ALL MY MEDICAL ISSUES. I DID NOT FEEL RUSHED THROUGH THE APPOINTMENT. HE WAS PLEASANT TO INTERACT WITH.

The ultrasound was scheduled quickly and I felt that the technician did a thorough scan. This is the five star review. However, Im not so happy with the follow-up. There was no actual results posted in the portal. I had to call for results but I have never been told what, if anything was on the scan. I was told to drink lots of water (8 glasses per day). Which would be fine if it worked. I still have renal colic and kidney pain which varies in intensity from day to day. Even, though, I should not be forming any kidney stones and my Calcium levels are (hopefully) staying normal, I have not passed what ever calcium or stone remnants that remain.

Dr johnson great explains so you understand. Front office staff helpful. Call backs was nurse not done in timely matter called twice with information Dr wanted no call back received. So still have no answer to information he needed.

This was my first visit and my annual wellness appt with Dr Nagata. He is personable and informative. I liked how he covered all the details of my current health status. I didn’t feel rushed nor did he ramble on, by my estimate it was just the right amount of conversation on each topic.

Talked to Debbie in billing who has been helpful as far as I know with getting billing resubmitted to insurance, which was denied, since receptionist would not take the billing information I needed to give to the staff. Outcome yet to see on that….hopefully it does get taken care of. Very pleased with Dr Nagata, MA Gabby and billing assistant Debbie.

The experience was ok; I think routine tests could be completed ahead of time to eliminate the long wait for the appointment to go over the results--more than two months. The summary of the appointment was not accurate.

I would suggest that the lab work and screenings be ordered and completed prior to the visit eliminating the need for the follow up visit, making a better use of the doctor’s time.

The best doctor patient experience I found having gone through 3 unconcerned doctors before finding Dr. Petite and his entire staff! Everyone is so caring and fast acting. We speak highly of this office to everyone we have reason to speak about health care.

It was my first ov with Dr Piette, I enjoyed it. I have to make another appointment with him for a physical. He didn't have available appointments until after the middle of June. I had other medical appointments already booked. I will be seeing him sometime in July, he is quite busy.

Dr. Nagata was a bit difficult to understand his english. He seemed to cover everything needed. Gabby, his MA, was a pleasure to interact with.

Overall I feel that Dr Palnati does a great job. But last year we/I had several isssues i was dealing with. We asked all of the different doctors we were delaing with at the time and asked if my medication could be the issue for me and everyone said no.... The issue eded up being my medication. Needless to say i was not happy but don't just blame Dr. Palnati as it was all of the doctors. Leaves me with not much confidence in our Medical Health Care system.
